How to install Talking Max the Firefighter?

Click on the saved APK file Talking Max the Firefighter.Since Android does not allow the installation of APKs from Unknown Sources, please do the following:
-> Open the file Talking Max the Firefighter .apk, there will be a message like this one:

How to install OBB file?
